Traditionally, buyers of Jaguar or Land Rover admire British Engineering and identify themselves with the British “style of life” – whatever it might be. Maybe they have Cecil Rhodes’ statement in mind: “God is British”.
I don’t see anybody living on this earth with Style and Class buying a car Made in India.
Even as of today and despite the success story of Toyota or Honda in the New World, the so-called “Old Money”, would never consider buying a car Made in Japan.
